Positive: A localização central, o locker pra deixar as bagagens depois do checkout nos ajudou bastante. Negative: Quarto menor do que eu esperava.mas nos atendeu perfeitamente pois não foi preciso cozinhar no quarto.

It was an interesting stay! Positive: Value for money. The location was perfect! Central to the city center and walking distance to my training venue. The apartment was clean and Wi-Fi really good. The apartment was also quiet, and I felt safe because there is a police station at the ground floor of the apartment. Host response was prompt enough for queries they want to respond to. Negative: Because I got to the apartment after 10pm, the main gate was locked, and I had to open it. I struggled to open the gate because the instruction did not state clearly that I need to slide on the key I took to reveal the number to press to open the gate. I was assisted by another guest who fortunately was getting into the building after about 15 mins of trying to figure out how to open the gate. On the day I arrived I could not start making my meal because the pot that I was promised would be at the apartment was not provided until a day after, so I was deprived from cooking for that day. The kitchen sink was also blocked, and I requested for assistance with that which was ignored and was not fixed throughout my stay. Interestingly, the host's response was very fast and prompt but all of a sudden, I was ignored when I asked for assistance with the clogged/blocked sink.
